Intro to Embodiment

The heart is a special place because when we speak from the heart, everything changes. When we speak from the mind, that is when we can hurt others easily. This shows up in our closest relationships.

The Heart

I began my journey to the heart 6 years ago and my whole life feels just more beautiful. I’m just naturally more grateful, I enjoy waking up to life, I feel so nurtured and loved by my family and love nurturing and loving my family. Even when I’m experiencing challenges in my closest relationships, when I continue to stay in the heart, it creates profound intimacy in all my relationships.

After experiencing heartbreak, if I allowed myself to tend to the mind, bitterness comes but when I tend the heart, only love enters.

And this impacts your children in so many ways.

Movement (The Body)

Movement has also been one of my greatest teachers and ways of changing my whole life from the inside out. I have an extremely powerful mind that loves to solve problems and help others solve problems but I’ve learned time and time again that people don’t need to help you solve their problems from the mind, they need your energetic support even more. People need your presence, your essence way more than just the mind solving problems. People ultimately want love. That’s it. Not to help you from the mind solving but from fully the heart and the body.

And I have found the best way I’ve been able to support others along their journey is experiencing love in my body and changing my energy to love and abundance.

Movement has changed my life the last 6 years because when we move our bodies, we allow ourselves to get in natural states of abundance and we actually then are able to find solutions to the problems way quicker than overthinking.

I’ve used this practice when I’m overthinking or feeling low or feeling like there isn’t enough abundance or feeling like I can’t fully be myself. I’ve found that this is a practice of feeling more expressed within myself and empowers others around me naturally.

I do not include the mind in this experience because we are so already so naturally in the mind. We live

I had a 7-year relationship end in 2019 and it invited me to learning how to connect to the heart and body. The last 6 years I’ve been able to live a life that is so aligned with myself where I feel so joyful to experience love, intimacy and abundance in my life. I’ve been enjoy my relationship to my parents, my grandparents in a way where I’m not people pleasing or forcing but just seeing them as people and having relationships with people that can be challenging.


It’s not about living life from the mind but from the heart and body. This is the exploration in this container.

What is exactly included in this intro course?

  1. We start with a Heart Meditation to feel into it. Creating with the mind is powerful but creating with the heart is even more powerful. This practice came to me at a time after a very hard relationship ended and it helped me move through so much anger and bitterness I felt in my mind and body and it helped me connect to the wisdom of the heart and let it all go. (7-min meditation that you can easily do each morning)

  2. Then we move into a Movement Practice - Dance practice to get into your body as out of your mind and being reminded of the gift of this BODY. (12-minute movement practice you can do daily to invite more joy into your body)

  3. Somatic Activation: We play with our 5 senses noticing the sensations in each- sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch receiving ourselves. (17-min somatic experience to allow yourself to feel more aliveness in your body)
