This series is called, Inner Child.

This series started as I was feeling the death of a chapter of another art project ending. As I began to paint, I was reminded of being a little girl and being asked by my teachers, what’s your favorite color?

And it was always yellow. That was always so true to me. And it took me back to being a little girl and always so excited…

Connecting to the little kid in me that loved to play and dance and sing and not a care in the world of what others thought of me. But did it for the sake of pure joy of existing.
