Being connected to your body is the most powerful thing we can experience. The body never lies. It shapes the way we breathe, the way we stand, the way we carry ourselves, and the quality of ease we experience throughout daily life.

The Free Body invites a shift in the way we relate to the world - moving beyond seeing it simply as structure or mechanics, and beginning to experience it as something responsive, adaptable, and alive.

This program is not about fixing or forcing.
It’s a practice of opening.

As movement becomes less restricted, you’ll move with greater freedom, improved posture, and a body that feels more responsive and connected to yourself as a whole.

I’m Káti Franco

An American/Caribbean/Spanish artist. This work started after living a life fully in my head, feeling numb in my body. It greatly impacted all my personal relationships, having them feel cold.

I discovered movement in 2020 and the last 6 years I’ve been exploring relating to my body through somatic movement, dance, contact improvisation and expression that isn’t about performance but all about moving what is alive in the body and moving from that place.

Being devoted to this practice and art, I experience genuine aliveness, authentic expression, expansiveness in my body. Random but I also sleep soooooo well and I am able to feel deeply connected to self and so many others wherever they are in their lives. With close friends or random people on the street. It’s an art and this helps me deepen presence with others around me.

After going through a deeply transformative mental breakdown, these practices that I’ve cultivated with myself and many incredible teachers, I was able to recover and fully heal as well.

I live and breathe movement and dance, it’s my favorite way to exist. And if you’re at all curious, please join and change your whole life relating to your body. You’ll never be the same.

An 6-week session movement journey designed to unlock greater fluidity and freedom through the spine all the way down to the feet. Through structured and progressive practices, you’ll explore a wide range of movement tools designed to develop a more mobile and responsive spine, creating greater ease and openness throughout the body.

We explore relating to each other in the space

We explore what feels uncomfortable in the body

We explore where there is tension

Each week brings a slightly different container based on where our bodies are at

But each week we explore different practices around what feels alive

You will be feeling expansive, more integrated in your body

You will be feeling bliss in your body

And respond to others with more love and compassion

This is a 6-Week Container

We have up to 10 people in this container that are ready to feel powerful in their bodies, experience more of your expression through the body.

Each week I bring in a teaching that I’ve embodied through movement using tools from contact improvisation, expression and somatic awareness practices.

The results are feeling so alive and present or moving through the ick in your body.

All you need is a ground to move in and a screen to view online.

This is an experience to truly learn the tools for you to deepen your relationship to your body and transform your relationships to everything all around you.
